Jake Tyler – Principal Owner

Jake Tyler brings over 26 years of professional baseball experience, having worked with the Tennessee Diamond Jaxx, Louisville Bats, Binghamton Mets, and Toledo Mud Hens. Recognized as Sports Turf Manager of the Year five times and Triple-A Sports Turf Manager of the Year twice, Jake has set the standard for field excellence. In 2006, he was awarded the Ohio Sports Turf Managers Association Field of the Year. Beyond hands-on expertise, Jake has shared his knowledge as an instructor in the Turf Management Degree Program at Owens Community College, shaping the next generation of turf professionals. His deep understanding of field performance, durability, and safety drives every project we undertake.

Jessica Tyler – Principal Owner

Jessica Tyler combines a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management & Logistics with more than 12 years of construction experience. Her background includes serving as a Global Supply Chain Manager for an $11B company, where she oversaw direct procurement and project coordination for initiatives ranging from $1M to $30M. Jessica ensures that every project is executed with precision—materials delivered accurately, schedules maintained, budgets controlled, and field teams fully supported. Her strategic, detail-driven approach guarantees high-quality results that meet the unique needs of each client.

Ross Achter – General Manager

Ross Achter brings a unique combination of athlete experience and professional field expertise to our team. As a former baseball player at the University of Toledo, Ross gained firsthand insight into how field conditions impact performance and safety at the highest levels of college baseball. His professional experience stems from a 6 year stint working directly under Jake Tyler, where he learned the major league standards for construction, maintenance, and playability. Today, Ross combines that rare blend of athlete insight and professional expertise on every project, transforming school, university, and community fields into high-performance playing surfaces built to the exacting standards of the game’s highest levels.
